Small Release Follow-up with new Feature

Today, we've issued a small follow-up update to the TrainOnline LMS 1.4 release. It wasn't a bugfix, but a forgotten feature.

With the 1.4 Release of TrainOnline LMS, we introduced the Tutor. The tutor is a learner that is able to review fellow learners in the same learnergroup as the tutor itself.

It was just a few seconds before the release that we figured, it would be nice to filter for tutors. Since we did not want to prospone the release last wednesday, we decided to rollout and implement the filtering of tutors a few days later. That has been done now, along with another filtering option, I wanted to do since some time.

Until now, it was not possible to filter for the personnel_number, because of a Bug in Propel 1.3. With the new symfony/propel Release, that issue has been taken care of, and we could implement personnel_number filtering as well.
