Learning objectives

The course is targeted primarily at scientists and laboratory managers responsible for shipping chemicals.

The material and the test therefore focus on the duties of the sender. After completing this course, you should be familiar with these duties and be able to prepare and initiate the appropriate transport of dangerous goods.

You will be best placed to do so if you know all the individual stages of the transport procedure, the people involved and their individual roles.

How does it work?

You can steer the content of this e-learning course via the menu tree, or move from slide to slide using the arrows in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen or on your keyboard.

The material contains three test units. After the final test, your overall score will be shown and you will be given the opportunity to repeat the individual tests. To pass the "Dangerous Goods - Basic" course you need a result of at least 70% and must have worked through every slide.

You can exit the e-learning course at any time and continue later from where you left off. To do this, first click on the "save" button in the upper right corner of the e-learning course. Then close the application via the browser. You will, however, have to continue the course on the same computer.
